Here at LiliahDuke, we work on a variety of projects. From traditional tailoring and mending to custom looks. No matter how big or small the fix is, you can always expect the best craftsmanship. With each project, you can expect regular communication, mutual understanding of exceptions, and a clear plan of execution.

What to expect when working with us at LiliahDuke:

Consultation

Fill out the contact us form. 

Planning

After the initial consultation, the process of developing a plan for your project gets developed. For customs, upcycled and tailoring that needs fabric ordered. We will order fabric samples.  We will gather all information necessary to create an estimate for your project. When we have the details nailed down, an  estimate will be sent for approval. If approved, we ask for a 50% deposit to order materials and secure your spot on our workroom calendar. For customs that require fabric: once fabric has been ordered, we will schedule a start date.  If the project is an upcycle or re-work or mending and you live out of state we will also plan the delivery of your project to the workroom. If you are in state we will plan the pick up or delivery of the project. The project can be dropped off on the day of consultations. The deposit will be due that day of consultation. Mending and other projects that are made to order or re-works that don't require fabric to be ordered 50% deposit is still required to get on the workroom table.

Production

Talioring, made to orders and customs are all done by hand. Sewists of our workspace realize each and every project and to maintain the high quality standards that clients have come to expect from us.

We will work closely with the clients to ensure that standards are being met. With any changes needed to the project aswell as the timeline being kept. For project that need fittings, this will be comucated and arraged with in the timeline.

Made to order:

All made to order peices will be made to order once the peice has been order. For the best fit for our customers, made to order will have you measurements inculded along with an standarize size. The pattern will be ajusted to you spefic measurements and perfered fit. To insure the garmet fits the best. This inculdes indviual leos as well.

Mesurements: I use your bust, waist and hip. Alomng with your cup size, torso length, height and weight disturbution to ensure the perfect fit. If there is any issues with fit, i will remake or alter to correctthe adjustments,this is at no extra cost to you.

How to order Made to order: 

  1. Select the garment you want from the made to order tab. Check out, no size selection is needed. 

  2. Submit Your measurements, within a 12 hour window an form will be emailed too you this will walk you through the measurement and how to take accurate ones to then submit. 

  3. Once I receive your measurements I will start making you a cotton mock up ( Note for some garments this will be a standardized sizing mock up). This is where you can let me know any adjustments you would like to the final piece. If comfortable you may send me video/pictures of fitting to help out with the fitting adjustments. 

  4. Once the final adjustments are confirmed, I will start making the final custom tailored garment. 

Every piece has a fit guarantee, meaning any adjustment or fix ups that need to be adjusted can be done with no extra cost to you. This is valid for 30 days after

Customs And Alterations + Mending:

Fill out the contact us form. 

When you fill out the contact us form, list specifics as much depth as you can. Reference pictures or where things need to be tailored or mended. Again be as specific as you can be this will help with the consultations. 

This can be prom dresses, suits, recreations or your favorite pair of jeans that need to be mended or taken in. For mending and alterations in the initial consultation we will go over the set prices and fitting if needed. For customs we will go over the project how much the fabric will be along with other details. There is a 50% deposit required for all projects. This will get you on the workroom calendar  and will help order any notions or fabric that is needed. Clients will be updated on the project and if anything changes.

If you live out of state:  All Custom will be shipped to you, there may not be a chance to get an fitting. Fitting is to insure but having the correct measurement down. Depending on the garment it will be similar process to the made to orders. Once you get the muslin mock up or the frist phase of the garment if the fabric is too different from muslin. You are able to send pictures or detail email of what is wrong with the fit. It will get sent back to make the final adjustment for the final piece to be shipped out for you to enjoy. 

Mending or alterations project, an garment will need to be shipped to the workroom, in the intail talk we will work out how that will be the best way possible. Once the project is done it will be shipped back to client to enjoy.

Off the rack:

These are one of kind peices that are fresh off the runway. Made in an set size ready to ship out as soon as you buy it. The fastest option for if you want an one of kind peice in an short timeframe. Alterations can be done if requested on them for fitting purposes that will come with addtional cost. They are the fastest to ship out and to have at doorstep. Usually ship out 1-2 bussiness days. Will be delivered with in an week.

Leotards:

Each leo is hand crafted there are two options, made to order leos or off the rack. Made to order leos will be made once your order is placed and paid for, then shipped out. Off the rack, are leos already made and ready to ship out. Off the rack ship out the fastest.

Made to order/custom:As soon as you put in your order and size for an leotard we will work on getting it shipped out and made to you in an timely matter. This could take up to an week or an month.

Custom team leos, please note that and in tail consulation is required to go over design, and how many you need. The pricing will be sent to you. After you accept the pricing an deposit of 50% will be required.

Note: That big custom leo orders can take up to two months to complete. Depending on style you want them. Keep that in mind when ordering for season.

Off the rack: created in small batches, these designs are already made and ready to be shipped out as soon as you place the order. Please take aloot at sizing chart to be aware f your correct size to ensure the best fit.

Delivery:

We will ship it out to you.

These items are non refundable due to them being made specifically to your body and measurements. 


Returns for off the rack items:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, leotards, customs and made to orders are all not eligible for return or exchange.

    Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

    Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or style within the return window of 14 days with in receiving the item.

How to Return

You can return items by mail. When mailing:

    1. Repack the item securely.

    2. Include the return form and original receipt.

    3. Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
